4^th We will make arrangements with the dealership to hold your vehicle until you can take delivery. 

5^th The day you go to the dealership to take delivery of your new/used vehicle we will be on stand-by, should you need us. If you have any questions or concerns, we are only a phone call away.

6^th We will follow up to make sure you are satisfied with your new or used car.
